What this website collects
This website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising and does not store the enquiry form on its own servers. When you send the enquiry form, it opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in; your details reach us only when you send that message.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's IP address to deliver them.
Bookings and online payments
The booking form on a project's page keeps your details in your browser until you choose to send them to us by WhatsApp or email. When online payment is available, your name, mobile number, email address, floor preference and the booking amount are passed to IDFC FIRST Bank to process the payment, and to our customer records to confirm your booking. You enter your card, UPI or net-banking details only on IDFC FIRST Bank's secure page: we never receive them. We receive the payment's status and transaction reference.
We keep booking and payment records for as long as accounting and tax law requires (at present eight years), and use them only to manage your booking, refunds and our legal obligations.
What we do with your enquiry
We use your name, phone number, email address and message only to answer your enquiry and, if you asked us to, to tell you about the project you are interested in. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in touch about your enquiry, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete them sooner, or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to [email protected] or call +91 88265 70084.
Grievance Officer
If you have a question or a complaint about how we handle your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, at [email protected] (subject "Grievance Officer"), call +91 88265 70084, or write to the registered office below. We acknowledge a complaint within two working days and reply in full within fifteen.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The Act asks you to use our grievance process first.
Projects and RERA
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. A project that must be registered under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 is offered for sale only after its registration, and its registration number is then shown on its page. Project images marked as artist's impressions are for illustration only; the photographs on the Interiors page show interiors we have completed.
