Who we are

This website is run by V&M Meridian Buildtech Private Limited (CIN U68200HR2024PTC126861, GSTIN 06AAKCV6178P1ZD), registered office Floor No. 2, 77, J-1, Vatika India Next, Sector 83, Gurugram, Haryana 122004 ("V&M Meridian Buildtech", "we", "us"). By using this website, or by paying a booking amount through it, you agree to these terms.

Information on this website

Project images marked as artist's impressions are for illustration only; the photographs on the Interiors page show interiors we have completed. Descriptions, sizes and specifications are given in good faith but are indicative; the agreement for sale, the approved plans and the cost sheet we give you are what bind us. Where the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) requires a project to be registered, it is offered for sale only after its registration, and its registration number is then shown on its page; the registered details can be checked on the website of the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority, haryanarera.gov.in.

Booking online

You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract under Indian law. Paying the booking amount asks us to reserve a home for you; it is subject to availability and to our confirmation, which we send within one working day. A home is allotted to you only when we confirm the booking in writing, and your rights and obligations as a buyer are set out in the agreement for sale. We do not take more than 10% of the price of a home before an agreement for sale is executed.

Online payment is not yet open. Until it is, you can send a booking request by WhatsApp or email from the booking page, and we confirm it within one working day; no money is taken through this website.

Please give your own correct name, mobile number and email address. We may ask for your PAN and address proof before we confirm a booking.

Price and taxes

The price of a home, the payment plan and the charges that apply are those in the cost sheet and the agreement for sale. GST and other government levies are payable as the law provides at the time. The booking amount shown on a project's page is adjusted against the price of your home.

Payments

Online payments are processed by IDFC FIRST Bank's payment gateway on the bank's own secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or net-banking details. A payment counts as received only when the bank confirms it to us; your bank's own charges, if any, are yours. Please pay from an account in your own name or a co-applicant's name: we may refund a payment made from someone else's account.

Delivery of services

We do not ship any goods. When online payment is open and you pay a booking amount online, IDFC FIRST Bank's payment page shows its payment receipt at once. We send our booking confirmation and our receipt to the email address and WhatsApp number you gave us within one working day of the payment. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds of the booking amount follow our refund and cancellation policy. After the agreement for sale is executed, cancellation is governed by that agreement and the law that applies to the project, including RERA where it applies.

We handle the details you give us as our privacy notice explains.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we are not responsible for a loss caused by the website, the payment gateway or your bank being unavailable, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under RERA, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission or, for a project registered under RERA, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay a booking amount applies to that payment. Last updated 27 October 2026.
