Your booking request holds your place while we complete the paperwork with you.

1. ConfirmationWhen online payment opens, the bank's receipt comes at once. Until then, we confirm your booking request within one working day.
2. Visit and cost sheetWe share the cost sheet, payment plan and draft agreement for sale, and arrange a visit to the floor.
3. Agreement for saleYou sign the agreement for sale within 30 days of booking. 30% is due by then and 70% at possession; the booking amount counts towards it.
